Everything done to a high standard
I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Not even for a tyre check. The service was meant to be while I wait, change of drive belt. I waited for two hours, then I took my car and found on the journey back that the hazard lights for the alternator were flickering. This wasn't there before I gave them my car. I noticed that there was new bolts on the alternator and the engine cover!!! although as far as I know changing the drive belt does not involve doing anything with either!! I went back on the same day, and asked for a manager. I got two persons who treated me as if I was trying to trick them to fix something already broken. They insisted that the car was like this before, although I later found that none of them was involved in fixing my car. They tested the car and found that the alternator was not charging. I explained that I am a long distance commuting doctor, and I couldn't have reached them if the alternator was broken before they changed my drive belt. Their reply was that electric appliances can break anytime!!! Then gave me a quote for a new alternator 245 GBP. In my view, they have done a poor job, and their customer complaint handling had the attitude of accusing the customer until proven otherwise. I am currently considering taking this further with the Retail Motor Industry Federation, the Vehicle Builders and Repairers Association Ltd, or the low claims court

After been told they would MOT my Volvo S40 for £35 was then told they could not I would have take it to stoneacre Volvo but it was £58 so I refused and will take it to a local garage! Was passed from one caller to another for 25 minutes! I probably won't use them again very disappointed how one garage can charge one price and one another price especially when it's all stoneacre group.
all good price as agreed except for some agreed work for MOT all went well
