Our Story
Our story began in 2011 with a simple realisation: drivers across the UK faced a common struggle. They needed reliable, honest and affordable solutions for their car issues, but choosing the right mechanic was a daunting task.
We knew good garages were out there. So why was it difficult to find them?
FixMyCar envisioned a solution that would revolutionise the industry by empowering drivers to compare and book garages easily online.
From humble beginnings in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, we have grown into one of the UK’s largest online car repair and maintenance marketplaces by building a platform centred around trust, choice and convenience. Our team is filled with people who are passionate about making life easier for motorists across the country.
By connecting quality mechanics with the people who need them and working with partners across the automotive industry, we’re able to streamline services, bringing faster, more affordable solutions that benefit everyone.
