How to stay in touch with customers

When face-to-face social interactions need to be limited and social distancing measures adhered to, it is important that workshops have safe, quick and easy digital channels to connect with customers.

Reminder: reassure customers that you’re open for business and that you have adapted processes to keep customers and staff safe, as well as enabling online appointment booking and customer enquiries.

Below are some examples of social media platforms that can serve as digital shopfronts for your business and will allow you to maintain service and stay connected with your customers and employees virtually when necessary.

WhatsApp

Why not create a WhatsApp Business Profile to showcase your products and services. Connect with your customers easily by using tools to automate, sort and quickly respond to messages.

Facebook has a free suite of tools that can help you create a Facebook Business page. This will enable you to provide customers with important information, updates and receive and respond to messages.
