Educating Customers About Vehicle Safety and Maintenance

Staying close to your customers can be challenging in these times. With face-to-face interactions limited, it is even more important to find different ways to reach out to your customers.

For example, you can demonstrate expertise to your customers by giving them useful tips and advice or reassure them that you’re open for business and they can contact you for assistance.

To support your customer communications, we’ve come up with a checklist to educate customers about vehicle safety and how they can still look after their vehicle while it’s not being used.

Not using the car for a long period might lead to some safety risks: e.g. dead battery, bald spots on tyres or brake disc corrosion. Our checklist provides customers guidance on what to check when using their car or motorbike less and to visit a mechanic when using them regularly again.

Share the checklist with your customers via email or simply print and attach it when you’re handing documents to them.

You can download this checklist to share with customers.
