This is the first time I have used RR London and they were superb. Ross picked up my enquiry from whocanfixmycar.com and came back with a very competitive quote. I dropped the car off in the morning and was greeted by name by Ross who was expecting me and knew exactly what work they were doing. He called me mid morning to give me an update as promised and let me know that the car would be ready by lunchtime even though I didn't need it until the evening. Invoice was already prepared when I arrived to pick up the car and they had cleaned it for me also. I'll definitely use RR London again. All garages should be run this way!

I’ll start off and mention that I’m not the one normally to write any feedback on new purchases or even services however my experience at RR London was truly exceptional and I thought it was necessary. I’ve used numerous garages in London and none of them compare with Ross at RR London. Ross really gave me a great personal service as his technical knowledge on my Land Rover Freelander really showed he was a Land Rover specialist. I originally went in to replace my clutch and repair the brake light switch however Ross gave me his calm, open and honest opinion and gave me a full diagnosis on my car and mentioned I should repair a couple of other things and even gave me some of the labour work for free and I simply had to pay for the parts! From the drop off time and collection, Scott called me twice explaining the costs, repairs needed and he even phoned me just to confirm that the parts had arrived. I had my car back and running within 12 hours and the car was fully repaired within 4 hours from when the actual parts had arrived. I can understand from a new customer’s perspective that it may be slightly daunting to use a new garage however RR London really will surpass your expectations and you have nothing to worry about. I will be certainly returning to Ross and I will also recommend him to all my friends and family in the London area who owns a Land Rover. I have never experienced such an incredible service before. Thanks so much Ross you are an absolute life saver!! PS- They also washed my car, always a nice gesture. Ricky
