There was a long waiting time, i.e 2 hours as the garage was extra busy and seemed very rushed but the overall result was good and very informative and their comments were very helpful, especially with regard to the oil change to which I had not paid enough attention.  Well worth taking advantage of, especially considering it was a free offer and with no obligations.

The whole process was quick and easy. I was offered a free car health check, by the RAC. I chose A1 as they were the most local garage. I received a call from A1 very shortly after starting requesting the check and was able to agree on a suitable date and time. The staff I met were all friendly and welcoming and carried out the process efficiently.

An MOT is a test of your vehicle's safety, which every car is legally required to have every 12 months, once it reaches three years old.

A full service is recommended every **12 months** or every **12,000 miles**. It’s also appropriate if you think your car needs a more thorough check or it’s not performing as it should.
