MOT, Audi A4Booked online and received a confirmation number a full 3wks before current MOT expired. The website indicated that the garage would call to schedule the appointment. After hearing nothing for a few days, I called them, only to be told they had no appointments available, blaming "the computer" on the mix up, rather than taking responsibility. Who sets up the scheduling on the computer? Just the same old, standard poor customer service we've come to expect but not accept from UK businesses. Customer Service Fail, no stars.
