Terrible customer service - was told to cancel my booking the day before the appointment as they could not fulfill the promises made (courtesy car not available when they said it was, no alternative arrangement offered, stated beforehand they could fix the car by a certain date and then went back on this promise and said I should cancel instead as they couldn’t guarantee the day it would be fixed). Only apologies offered. Still a broken sensor on my car and only a day to try and rearrange with a different garage. Would not recommend.
