Quality service, highly recommended garage

Didnt get back to me about booking car in so will go elsewhere,,,their loss

Called Monday and they hadn't received the email from head office; I had had an email asking to call them.
Called Tuesday and their internet was down
Called Wednesday and they said they were going to make me wait for 6 weeks to even look at it! One thinks they do not want that type of warranty work. Didn't use them and wouldn't in the future. Pretty inept all round !

My used car RAC warranty linked me to 'whocarfixmycar' to find a local garage, when I clicked the link to 'book' a service slot I was then informed I needed to contact the garage myself via phone, which I did. The chap I spoke to said I needed to speak to another member of staff who was busy but they'd call once the 'request' came up on their system ??? That never happened so 1 star... I'll take my business elsewhere.
