Superb service, this company fitted me in as I needed my brakes done asap. On arrival the mechanic told me how long he would be, whilst carrying out the job he told me my caliper had seized and as such I needed a new one. As he could not get one till the next day, he waited on my drive while I went to my local car parts centre (who supplied me with one) he fitted the new caliper AND did the original work for the same quoted price. Amazing just had a full service on my Jeep, I live in Leicestershire and my Jeep  was serviced in Southampton at my sons work address, service was amazing, easy to organise and communication excellent, a really good price, and very quick response time. My son said really excellent service on site, and a nice guy completing the work. When you loan your car to your offspring, making sure it’s mechanically sound is paramount, this guy did that. Machanic was about 3 hours late for the appointment. It has been almost 2 weeks and still awaiting my invoice and final report which I was told he would send by end of business day on the 08/05/2021. I have called  and texted on numerous accounts without any contact. So I would avoid this machanic by all means as I don’t even think the job was done.
