Rubbish!!They have quoted to run diagnostic and following which they will be able to tell the cause of the issue but apparently after running the diagnostics they have no clue about the fault codes generated and I have been suggested to contact their other branch who can do live diagnostics and Yes!! pay for the diagnostics again. I would have appreciated if they would have said this upfront that they have no knowledge about how to interpret codes and contact other branch upfront.
Very good service, polite, prompt and most of all no nasty surprises with regards costs, its what is quoted and nothing else added?
