Our family-owned and run garage has been in business for over 27 years in Bicester. All our mechanics/technicians have been factory trained, giving us the confidence to guarantee all our work for 12 months, which includes parts and labour. Customer satisfaction is the keyword, we want you to leave us feeling happy with everything we have done for you, our co workers have been with us for quite a while so you will always see a familiar face, Andrea who you will find in service reception has been with us for over 13 years and Jeff since we opened in 1999, both familiar faces in Bicester. When we opened as Bicester Ford in 1999, we set out to be more approachable than most garages. We won’t baffle you with technical jargon (unless that’s what you want to hear) but will explain anything that you require to keep your vehicle both roadworthy and reliable. Sometimes the price indicator for a service may have quoted for the wrong amount or grade of oil, we will always check this and advise you on this, as not all oils are right for your vehicle. If you call you, most likely you will get to speak to Andrea, Jackie or Jenny, sometimes Jeff or myself, Ian, we can all hopefully deal with your request in a friendly way, as our mantra is we only want to deal with you the way we would want to receive our services.
