Very disappointed. Given quote for Aircon regas on Who Can Fix My Car.com of £49. Kia never made contact to arrange app. It was a few days after who can fix my car.com contacted us again and car booked in. This was all arranged by who can fix my car.com Kia didnt contact us once. Arrived ay Kia at 8.30 this morning to be told car not booked in. They meant to call to let us know regas would be £175. Absolutely appalling where's the communication. Large difference between accepted quote and actual price. Car still not fixed!!! Never had a problem before but clearly this system of booking in does not work.
Took a few exchanges to verify service and mot price as the internet price was cheaper then ‘over the counter’ dealer price. Service staff – Neil and Dan very friendly and helpful. Happy with work carried out and future advice provided by Neil. Car was washed and clean and ready to pick up on time. The master technician was off on the day so some of the investigation work could not be carried out, have agreed to re-book for some warranty work to take place including the replacement of a rear seatbelt. This is the first time I have used Bletchley Kia and I would recommend Neil and his team to look after you and provide an excellent service. Only negative is I couldn't see a customer seating area unlike their sister company nearby - Kia Wolverton, perhaps next time I will ask for a cuppa if there is somewhere to sit down!
I got the work done at another garage where the parts cost 50 pounds with 1 hours labour for a total of 110 pounds total so I wasn't happy with border cars they even wanted 96 pounds to diagnose a problem that I didn't need as I knew the problem .very expensive wouldn't recommend sorry.

It is was rubbish!!! No apt had been made. Turned up with my car at Kia Sutton and they advised that no apt has been made and that they do not deal with Whocanfixmycar. Very angry, a wasted journey.
