Full Service, Hyundai I10Was very pleased with the efficiency of the service on the day,just a little disappointed with the after service , have made a couple of calls to the garage but no response, when I left the garg3 Was very pleased with the efficient service that I received on the day of my service ,however I have made a couple of calls since my service to inform the garage that a warning light that they told me would go off after I had been driving for a short while is still on a week later ,other than that excellent service , very pleasant staff
Oil Change, Volkswagen GolfI dropped my car off and asked to pick it up at 5.30. I was told that I will be phoned when the car is ready. I did not receive any phone calls and the shop was closed when I arrived at 5.27. It is totally unacceptable that the shop did not notify me if the car is ready to pick up. If you cannot wait for me even for one minute then please don’t agree letting me pick up my car at 5.30, this request was not rejected when I requested the job online nor when I notify the person at the till when I dropped off my car. It is also not reasonable to call me at 5.29 when the shop is closed and I was knocking the gate for 5 min, you cannot tell a customer that you are closing in one minute and leaving them stranded. I live 30 miles away and I took public transport home causing me to spend extra money and doubles my travel time. I rang the shop number, the number contacted me previously and also the number provided when I booked online. There was no reply and not even a voicemail service. No one was able to help and I am stranded in 36 degree. If I was notified earlier that the car could not be picked up, I could have arrange alternative transport in advance without knocking and calling for 15 minutes outside the shop. If I was notified earlier that there is no one available to wait until 5.30, I could have leave work earlier and picked up the car. But I was not. The workshop said they were manned until 5.34 with the proof of the surveillance camera. This is just nonsense as I have stood there knocking the door, pressing the doorbell and calling the number. There was just no one picking the phone up, I can clearly hear the ringtone outside the premises. If they were manned, they would be able to answer the doorbell and pick the phone up. This is just ridiculous. This is a disappointing customer service which I would not recommend to others.
