A Very disappointing experience. Kept my car for almost a week and charged £300 plus vat for an extensive diagnosis and i received a report that still couldn't determine the issue for certain. this was our first Hyundai we had owned and even intended to upgrade to a newer model as well. But taking this experience into account, it really makes me wonder, if the main dealership cannot diagnose faults in their own car, then who can ? * I suppose the best to avoid any such tragedies in future as like this as wll.
One month of waiting time for appointment. Practically no one would plan for so long for car service.
