***Please note all cancellations made within 24 business working hour’s of your appointment time are subject to a £45 + VAT cancellation charge.
***All bookings are subject to £25.00 plus vat Call Out Fee which should have been selected by the customer upon checkout but will be added as standard to prevent any dissatisfaction.
*** Payments should be made upon completion for retail customers and within 30 days for trade customers or in accordance to our agreed terms.
*** Bookings Confirmed agree to our Retention into title clause.
*** Parts that are ordered in from Main-dealer that are special orders non returnable if cancelled and will be charged for

*** Investigation appointments are fixed rate at 1 hour slot £80.00 Plus vat, we intend to identify the fault within this hour and if possible fix, this is for permanent faults only
