Communication was good, however what was supposed to be a simple job from an MOT, became suddenly very expensive and urgent. I can only take their word that it was necessary. Other mechanics I have spoken to since have a different opinion.

Kind,courteous and knowledgeable as my car is a mercedes and all the repairs/servicing and vehicle computer reset which without a book is hard going. Ecplained the repair and what to expect when getting bedded in and I will promote and use every time now.

Initial response was quick and from there it only got better!  They were so pleasant to deal with.  Turned up exactly when they said they would, lovely people who sorted my car out super fast, very reasonably - great to find people you can trust and they've got any work my car needs going forward. Fantastic service. This was my daughters car that broken down   over the bank holiday weekend when it was needed urgently for hospital visits. I posted need a repair on the BH Monday not expecting to get a reply till next day, but Jason answered with a quote I was happy to pay and the car was fixed the day after. Who could want for a better service than that?. Highly recommended by me

Service went ok, however there was a fault light with the car and the diagnostics undertaken was wrong. I was told the injectors were at fault according to the code, it turned out to be the crankshaft sensor.

we asked replace the clutch and service. It was fantastic job! we definitely come back.

Excellent service that despite checking all feeds to the car radio couldn't find any fault. However, they are ordering a used radio to fit my car. Who could ask for more?
