I received a great service which was fast and reliable and delivered on time. 

Staff were friendly and courteous. They collected and delivered the car with no charge. 
Proved to be a tricky problem to diagnose, so the final bill was a lot higher than the original estimate, but I was kept informed all the way of what they were doing, and how long they expected it to take. 

Only negative point was the car was returned with a pretty mucky steering wheel. Apart from that, would use them again.

I needed the job doing asap and they told me to go in the next day for them to check what needed doing.  I went in and they did the diagnosis within 20 mins and told me what needed doing complete with the prices of all the different jobs and they gave me the choice of what i could get done and when. I asked for them to be ranked by importance and choose to get the most urgent ones done. They told me to give them a couple of hours and they would ring me when the car was ready and they called after 1.5 hrs and i collected. They did brake both sides and bearings. Really good service and i plan on using them for my service as they gave me a quote.

Quite efficient really. Once a time and date had been established ,for collection of my vehicle, it did not take long at all. I had the collection of my vehicle ,the investigation  and the remedial work done in one day.I was pleased with the work done ,and the price was quite reasonable.

Didnt arrive to pick car up on stated time. Left it 1 hour and decided not to go ahead with using this garage. They may have their reasons but a phone call to explain would have been appreciated. Disapointed

Fast and helpful response. The mechanic came to my house identified the problem with my engine, did a makeshift repair and drove it back to the garage for a permanent fix.

A bad start as was 45 minutes late and I had to contact garage to find out what the hold up was. Once collected contact about work was good. Professional pack up of paperwork once returned. Day after though I found one of my rear doors was difficult to shut and didn't feel right. On inspection found bolts that hold locking mechanism in place are missing. Removed to grease I guess. If they have forgotten to replace these bolts what else have they forgotten?  Unable to get it sorted today as garage closed on a sat? I am now away for a week so unable to sort it until I return. I have had to fit one bolt I had in my tool box until it can be resolved. 

5 Star service from start to finish - communication was super, friendly staff and excellent service. My car was collected on time, the work carried out (Supply and fit new O/S sill including the welding, full service and MOT) in the time they quoted and the price paid was very good value for money.

The garage followed up their quote and answered a number of queries I had before I confirmed the booking. They offered a collect and return service which was really useful and saved me time. The final price was a little more than the initial quote which I was told was due to the particular specification of replacement parts required. Whilst I wasn't pleased about that, the garage were efficient and helpful and I would use them again.
