Head Gasket Failure, Ford Transit

had these guys do a head gasket for my van at a quote of 750.00 through your website then there was a timing chain kit which to supply would cost 100 and then there was the turbo which i supplied with regards to the head gasket I was told by a mechanic from the rac whom accredit these guys that the valves and rods while the block is off should have also been done which is why I have a loud knocking noise coming from my engine then oh i forgot to mention the two glow plugs They ended up charging me 1150.00 cash for the work i have video evidence it was cash because in one of their reviews they state they dont take cash so basically the initial job of the head gasket, im informed requires the timing chain to be removed , the turbo to be removed, the glow plugs to be removed and there is no point in doing the head gasket unless you finish by putting oil and filter on. So how come through your site i came to these guys that have over charged me for this. Also i stated they changed the turbo for one i purchased which was a reconditioned one and two months later the turbo fails and i speak to the turbo supplier who was surprised that one of his turbos would fail so quickly and informed me if it had been fitted correctly i explained i was not a mechanic but i would find out from the garage (DS AND SON) what their procedure is for replacing a turbo so i explained to the garage what the problem was and did they change the oil strainer pipe and other relevant pipes has this was 95% of turbo failure on these van and his reply was. YOU NEVER ASKED ME TO CHANGE THEM.  Now this chap was fast enough to suggest i have a new timing chain kit fitted while they had the head off and then have two faulty glow plugs replaced when the engine was being put back together but expected me to know that turbo pipes should be replaced par for the course when a faulty turbo was being replaced with a reconditioned one and to add to that on the rac inspection report the new turbo they put on the van suffered the same fate has the one they videoed before they took it off the van I have now to pay for a new turbo and to have the new turbo fitted at a cost of 750.00 and the guys you advertise for are refusing to take any liability for the work they Have done P.S  This is a statement of the standard procedure of a transit turbo replacement and i have contacted 13 garages so far and they all agree with this procedure The turbo used on the Ford Transit 2.2, 2.4 and 2.5LD is a robust unit, but, like all turbochargers, it relies on a constant supply of oil. If that supply fails, the turbo bearings will quickly suffer irreparable damage and the turbo will fail. The manufacturer advises that, when replacing the turbo on these Transit engines, best practice is to replace the oil strainer and oil feed pipe. Remove the sump and clean it, and fit a new oil strainer and oil feed pipe. Then, after 100 miles, change the oil and filter again to deal with any carbon build-up in the lubrication system. The reason for this preventative action is that most failures of this turbocharger are caused by abrasives in the oil system or restricted oil feed. Replacing the old oil feed pipe and strainer with new parts helps ensure that the turbo receives the quantity and quality of oil it needs to protect it and maintain performance. Not just Transits It’s worth remembering that an estimated 95% of all turbo failures are caused by oil related problems. Oil starvation due to a restricted or completely blocked flow and contamination from foreign bodies, such as carbon in the oil or using the wrong grade of oil, are the main offenders. Do yourself a favour don't use this firm that is riding on the rac and other worthy garages to make themselves a good name in vehicle repairs when really the credits just come from their breakdown services
