Full Service, Ford FocusSo booked my car in for full service on the 7th aug got a call to say service was done but the car needed alot of work £639 worth of work not including £139 for the full service so got my car back today went to pick up my mum went to press the horn nothing no sound nothing now im no mechanic but on the list of full service items it says quite clearly horn (check) so after paying all that money and driven the car for 10 mins im beginning to wonder if full service really is full everything i was quoted for i was told was an mot fail so had to be done surely having no horn is too and its been at the garage since friday so clearly the horn problem should have been picked it it clearly just didnt happen will not use the garage again UPDATE,, so got a call this morning from rab at fifeautocentre regarding my horn and he couldnt have been more polite and understanding at my frustration asked me to bring my car in and they would look at it so i did just that and when i got there the guys were so polite and they fixed it at no cost to myself now yesterday i was mad and left a bad review but these guys really do take customer service to a whole new level and i cant thank them enough for there time and understanding
Turbo Faults and Replacement, Volkswagen PoloArranged to go to garage on Thursday 6th August to leave our car and pick up a courtesy car. Arrived 9.30am, no courtesy car as arranged. Public transport between Dunfermline and Bo'ness impossible especially having just come out of shielding. Told garage would phone later to say when courtesy car available. Now 11th August- NO call so far.
