The guy at reception didn't have a clue what was going on - This was supposed to be a Full service plus but I ended up paying £10 over what a normal service was being charged at. They did an appalling job seeing as the engine coolant was 1/8 full at the end - That's basic stuff. They charged an extra £35 to tighten the hand brake. A courtesy car was offered in the original quote but we didn't get offered one on arrival. I had to remind them to stamp my log book after I told them where it was at the end. I would not recommend this garage at all.
