Mark, the garage owner, kept me informed all the way, he was ready to work on my car at time stated and he picked me up from my work location after the job was done. Not only this but he could not find the tool in my car to take my alloys of so he found one after ringing some of his garage colleagues. He even sent me a internet link showing me where I could buy such a tool. What more can I expect, nothing.
Full Service, Peugeot 308Because of my husband working shifts I was unable to collect the vehicle from service and thought that this would make life very difficult, but Mark calmly offered to collect and return the vehicle, which to be honest I thought this type of customer service was dead and gone. Although my husband stated there were concerns he had with the car, Mark checked the items and gave them a clean bill of health, we have had other garages take advantage of this and bill us for work that was not carried out or required doing. Overall exceptional customer service and will use again.
Engine Management Light, Peugeot 307Mark is excellent, a really nice guy, trustworthy and knows what he is doing. He is keen on problem solving to find the actua problem instead of replacing unnessary parts in hope. He has diganosed, explained and sorted out the problem ready for a full service after Christmas. I've been looking for a decent mechanic that I can trust for quite some time after some bad experiences with some in Brum.
