The service delivered was very professional. I had a big nail in my tyre and was not sure if that could be repaired. The garage informed me that it would not be possible to fix this puncture due to its size. They also offered different price classes of replacement tyres. All advice given was understandable and I felt genuinely well advised. 
As I researched about tyres before I wanted to go with the more expensive tyre and go with the original that matches the other tyres. So my price is not representing the cheapest price possible. 
I would definitely recommend going there as the service was quick and the garage informed me directly about the completion of the job without any delay.

Very disappointed! What's even worse, is one of the quotations I received on this site from another garage, had proposed a free diagnosis. However, I decided to go with Marque 1 Service Centre (due to locality and convenience) who quoted £109.99 for the diagnosis and on the basis that the fee would then be waived if I were to continue the work with them, of which I had fully intended. 

On the lead up to the arranged appointment, communication was excellent with speedy response to my messages. And although the gentleman that dealt with me on the day was friendly, he was not able to find the source of the battery drain. 

We discussed that I would still be able to take the car back for further diagnosis to see where the problem lays, and the initial agreement would still stand. However, I was asked to pay the sum of £109.99 for admin purposes. Since then, I have had no further replies to the most recent message I sent to follow up with what was discussed. 

Suddenly, there are no speedy replies like there was at the beginning and I know the message has been seen.

 I cannot help feeling that now they have been paid, there is no further interest in continuing with the diagnosis which was clearly a waste of my money. In my opinion, I simply paid for nothing! 

To add to my disappointment, one of my indicators is now incorrectly working, and I have an error message on my dashboard associated with it... this was not the case before taking my car to the garage. This issue was also highlighted in my recent message to them. I am very unhappy with the outcome and feel I have been ripped off. Choosing Marque 1 Service Centre, was an awful choice!
