Came to my office on time, did the Job while I was at work. I like that my day wasn't disrupted so I could fix the car on top of that the Job was well done.

Unfortunately this mechanic was unable to complete the job as he rounded off the bottom bolt whilst trying to take off the spring and didn't have the tools to remove it. Nice bloke though.
