Our roots can be traced back to the start in 1920, with SEV making products like electric vehicles, access platforms and bespoke vehicles, our business has evolved to service your needs. We have the largest fleet of mobile service technicians in the UK. Where are we? We have Mobile Mechanics in Gateshead, Sheffield, Cambridge, Nuneaton, Taunton and Bishop’s Stortford. We also have our own UK based call centre based in Sheffield, with trained permanent staff with industry knowledge. Where you can call and speak to someone who knows about cars and commercial vehicles. How Many? We have a fleet of some 60 permanent mobile service technicians and 12 call centre co-ordinators, providing work to the highest standard, to both private and commercial vehicles fleets, to customers that expect the highest standard of response like Royal Mail, Lex Autolease, Dairy Crest and John Lewis. All of our technicians are trained and adhere to a strict Heath and Safety Policy and a risk assessment is carried out upon arriving at the vehicle location. Parts Our technicians are provided with large quantities of stock and use tracking devices so we know where they are. With access to online product databases they can diagnose and order parts, there and then. We have a strong relationship with the major parts suppliers that in many cases can deliver to the car.
