The garage were brilliant, had my car towed and fixed in 24hrs. Ronnie was my contact at the garage, he was so polite and friendly and kept in contact with me throughout and explained in detail what needed to be done to fix the car, as a women this meant so much as garages in the past have made me feel very uncomfortable. The price was explained to me so there was no hidden costs when I collected my car. Ronnie showed me the parts that were taken out and explained and demonstrated why they were not working and needed to be replaced.
