Started off fine picked up car checked over let me know rough price ,i asked to look at other works in bad oil leek which they were happy to do , work took 6 weeks to complete & they happily took my payment unable to give a receipt at the time due to computer issues was promised one in the post . I have been phoning every week since still no receipt another leak appeared from an area supposedly repaired and they checked this but now it seems to be coming from a different area hmm that old chestnut so not covered by the 3 month warranty hone convenient for them they made several excuses why they were unable to take on the extra work , Ian still waiting for the original receipt and will keep asking as it is interesting what excuse is going to be used I am sure he takes me for an idiot  I think the trouble is he doesn't remember what repairs he told me about or the cost as apart from the starting problem nothing else was actually carried out . Best of luck if you choose to use this garage my car is worse than when it went in ☹️

What fantastic service. Picked up car around 9.30 am returned around 2pm. Garage being some 15 miles away. Local Kia main dealer would not offer this service. Very competitive price also and a grand job done, also changed brake/clutch fluid at no extra cost.  I swear the car seems to run much smoother now. Will certainly use this garage again and will recommend to all my friends and family

Poor communication, phone calls ignored all time , most importantly NEVER send deposit. Unreliable i would never recommend to my own customers. I have been waiting more than 5 weeks to get my car fixed (never fixed) i thought i will lose my deposit until i said i will report you for Fraud, and having his WCFMC account susprnded. I have been verbally abused on phone by Dave (Owner).....

Very, very impressed and I am not easily impressed! Treadwell Motor Services provided me with a very competitive quote and they delivered on every aspect. They collected the car when they said they would and it was ready two days earlier than I was expecting. They have done a great job at a very reasonable price. Communications were excellent, in fact, I have nothing but praise for them. Highly recommended.
