We deal with the worst blockages possible, we even deal with vehicles that wont start due to the built up back pressure in the exhaust. We believe no blockage is too big, and as yet we havnt been beaten yet! We clean your DPF at 6 Bars of pressure ensuring even penetration through the substrate material. Using the right chemicals and cleaning it is only half the job, SOFTWARE and technology is the what we consider to be 80 percent of the job of repairing a DPF. Without the right tools and software to speak to the vehicle it doesn't matter how clean the DPF is, it will stay in limp mode! That's why we carry the latest technology at all times, carrying no fewer than 7 different diagnostic platforms meaning we can tackle any vehicle that comes our way. Be weary of traders offering to "regenerate" your DPF for you, this is not a fix as the cause of the blockage still has not been established, and as such will likely return. We establish the root cause, clean, regenerate, then inform the ecu of the changes that have been made. This way we ensure the DPF is repaired properly every time first time. As you will notice we do not and will not apply for jobs doing anything other than DPF repairs. This is because we are DPF specialists. Hence you will never see us doing brake repairs.
