After diagnosing the clutch/gearbox I had to replace the gearbox, and the clutch and flywheel. I really appriate the huge help from the guys who found me a good offer.. I after some delivery issues. They got the box themselves. I had everything installed.. I fixed other minor things and had an overall check and diagnostic. They are really helpful, professional and I had a nice feedback.. I they even kept me updated with the progress by sending pictures. Thx for the great work. From another satisfied customer.
Very happy, very reasonable price, only reason final bill was 193 is because I asked for the pollen filter to be changed witch was done with no labour cost! Highly recommend this place will be deffently going back!!
Gearbox needed replacing and they were so fast and effective. I also needed the fluid changing but they called and notified me instantly. Would always go back there such an amazing job well done.

This is a company that is completely incompetent, run by thugs, and have no clue about vehicle maintenance or customer service. I was left without my van for 6 months. When it did pass the MOT I had to collect the van myself despite there commitment to collect and drop. The price kept creeping up and it was very insulting to be repeatedly told that Sprinter Van's are rust buckets and not worth repair or MOT. If you have any common sense or value your time, money and sanity. Keep away and don't touch this garage with a barge pole. If you do, don't say I didn't warn you!!
In short we are quite shocked to witness such an embarrassing lingo used by this customer especially after we carried out an almost impossible task on his originally booked vehicle which he failed to state had numerous hidden damages but as it is we had to work around it and with a hefty discount as well. However, Tariq never mentioned how impressed he was with the original work that we carried out and upon delivery of that vehicle he asked us to collect one of his vans which was parked on a public road with no MOT and road tax. After some hesitation I had no choice but to drive the van back to the garage which had almost zero fuel and stalled in the middle of busy road where I had to refuel (cost never paid to us). Frankly speaking Tariq is correct in regards to the state of his van as it required almost endless amount of welding and complete new suspension to put through the MOT. We had completed the work successfully and requested Tariq if he could collect his van from us since due to Christmas period and especially Guildford being out of our normal collection/delivery zone we could not have any reasonable response and stuck with a medium wheel based van on our premises for 3 consecutive weeks only to get a phone call from wcfmc that Tariq had complained of our service and lack of commitment. I understand that we are in a cut throat business where one has to keep up with all the perks of service industry but I am quite disappointed to know that after all that we had done to put both these vehicles back on the road successfully and by just not having to deliver one of the vehicles back due to logical reasons Tariq failed to mention that he did not want to even reimburse the cost of fuel yet he chose such drastic remarks only to hurt our image that we pride ourselves with. We believe in honesty and high quality of work and wish Tariq best of luck in future. Many thanks
