It was suppose to be £525 and i ended up paying £700 for it,not happy at all.
ITS UNFORTUNATE THAT YOU HAVE CHOSEN TO RESPOND IN THIS FASHION AFTER ESPECIALLY WHEN WE NOTIFIED YOU THAT THE COMPLETE CYLINDER HEAD GASKET SET THAT WE QUOTED YOU ON WAS AN AFTERMARKET PART AND ONCE WE TOOK THE CYLINDER HEAD OFF WE REALISED THE GASKET WASNT THE CORRECT FITTING HENCE WE HAD TO ORDER THE PART FROM MAIN DEALERS WHICH DUE TO THE AGE OF THE VEHICLE NOTHING WAS LISTED AND THEY HAD TO GET IT DIRECTLY FROM GERMANY AND THAT CAUSED THE JOB TO BE DELAYED ALSO. ITS A SHAME AS WE TRY OUR BEST TO LOOK AFTER OUR CUSTOMERS TO THE BEST OF OUR ABILITY BUT WE ARENT PERFECT AND JUST A REVIEW CAN DENT OUR YEARS OF HARD WORK. ANYWAYS WE WILL TRY TO ASSIST YOU BETTER INCASE YOU NEED OUR SERVICE. MANY THANKS.
I have left my car with a company called All 4 wheels. They have had my car for over 1 month and have still not completed any of the jobs expected or asked of them. I am today collecting my keys to have the work completed elsewhere. They have given various excuses, short staffed, issues with trying to diagnose issues. It seems from their reviews they cannot be trusted to complete a job in a timely manner. They have wasted a months tax, insurance and mot on my car life!! I have called them numerous times and have been promised call backs and follow-ups, to no avail. My recommendation would for this company to be excluded from your recommended list. I am a very angry, upset and dissatisfied potential customer. The car is filthy and has no petrol.on pick up, thanks for nothing!! I should sue your arse!!! I recommend looking for a garage that can deliver a service, pass by this one if you have any sense!!
It's unfortunate to have any negative feedback but in all honesty we try our best to carry out best possible service at a reasonable cost. But in having to do so I have to admit we may not satisfy everyone especially with vehicles such as the above that fail the MOT with huge lists of electrical and emissions related faults where work carried out costs more than the value of the car. However we still try to accommodate as best as we can. We actually did not even get paid the MOT fee. It's unfortunate but we will try to rectify anything that we feel is letting our customers down. 7th September: Made the booking. Gave my details. Determined a time 15th September: Messaged at 8:20am, no response. After the 1st 6 hours of chasing via text, phone and messages on this site, Sohail did call once but only let the phone ring once at 1:59 pm so I could not pick the phone up in time. Then came another 2 hours of chasing and only after I used another phone did Sohail pick up at a few minutes to 4pm. Then came the excuses that he didn't want to mess me about so not sure he could do the job now because the sprayers were away since Monday. He also said that he couldn't pick up the phone because he was on the motorway - I think most mobiles work in most places. This is 3 hours before he was suppose to take the car off me and I had taken time off work on Friday so that he could fix the car since I was travelling from Cambridge. Sohail should have come back to me earlier in the week. He was a nice enough guy over the phone when we spoke on the 7th. I have seen some good reviews for the garage but I really can't see how this is that same garage. If you are a busy person and don't want to be messed around, I would not recommend this garage. Bad customer service. If the garage thinks I am making this up, I have all the texts and messages stored. Oh yes, he did say that he will call me back in 15 minutes to let em know for sure if he could do it - he never bothered and I text him to find out. He finally apologised via text and hence the 1 star.
FOR STARTERS EVEN THOUGH WE WORK ON TIGHT SCHEDULES WE ALWAYS GO OUT OF OUR WAY TO COMPLETE JOBS ON TIME AS DUTY OF CARE. HOWEVER IN OUR DEFENCE SINCE DUE TO NATURE OF THE JOB AND SAV'S PERSISTENT REQUEST THAT CAR HAD TO BE REPAIRED/RESPRAYED/BLENDED/POLISHED ALONG THE WHOLE OFFSIDE WITHIN 2 DAYS WE OFFERED HIM A COURTSEY CAR WHICH HE DECLINED TO HAVE SINCE HE WAS TRAVELLING TO MANCHESTER. ANYHOWS WHATEVER CIRCUMSTANCES WE WENT THROUGH IN REGARDS TO SPRAYERS LEAVING DUE TO EMERGENCY WE OFFERED TO REBOOK THE VEHICLE ON A CONVENIENT DATE/TIME WHICH WOULD GIVE US AMPLE TIME TO COMPLETE THE REPAIRS BUT SAV DECLINED THAT ALSO. WE REALISE WE ARE IN SERVICE INDUSTRY BUT HAVING GIVEN LOW RATING AND NEGATIVE FEEDBACK FOR THE JOB WE DID NOT EVEN DO SEEMS ABIT UNFAIR. WE WELCOME ALL OUR CUSTOMERS AND WE APPRECIATE ALL KIND OF FEEDBACK BUT I WOULD REQUEST SAV THAT IF HE NEEDS TO CHOOSE A GARAGE FOR SERIOUS BODY REPAIRS OF THE VEHICLE HE NEEDS TO UNDERSTAND THAT IT MAY TAKE MORE THAN JUST A COUPLE OF DAYS TO FINISH REPAIRS. I PERSONALLY TAKE THE RESPONSIBILITY IF COMMUNICATION WAS NOT OF ANY STANDARDS FROM OUR END BUT DUE TO LACK OF STAFF I HAD TO MULTITASK FROM RECOVERIES TO ANSWERING CALLS WHICH MAY HAVE TRIGGERED THIS ANIMOSITY.
