This MOT/interim service was a chaotic experience. Garage failed to collect my car in the morning as promised, after a few calls (no one answering the phone) they returned my call after I left a message. Car was collected mid morning but not returned with no communications. I phoned 7pm to enquire as to where it was and was informed it had failed MOT and was still on 'the ramp'! I had an urgent appointment the next day. The owner promised to return the car next day / late morning with necessary work completed and re-test. After numerous calls from me (again, no communication) the car was eventually returned early evening. I understand the garage may have been experiencing staff shortage issues, but the main issue here was lack of information. Funnily enough lines of communication dramatically improved when they were chasing payment with numerous call/texts over the following days. No mention of the inconvenience or loss of earnings. My one previous experience with All4wheels was positive, but on this particular occasion they fell short.
As since you are our valued customer we feel disappointed to note you have had a bad experience with us however I would like to highlight that although nearly most of the Mot/service jobs we carry out are completed within the same day but if for some reason the Mot station delays it which I believe happened in this case caught us off guard and we tried to complete repairs immediately after receiving the vehicle back from Mot testing. Please rest assured that we try our best to keep all our customers notified but on some occasions there may have been a delay due to lack of staff. Being the first time I used All 4 Wheels, I was dissapointed even though it was near the Easter weekend, collected car late by two hours, did not call when car was finished and did not answer phone when calling the garage i tried for an hour, left waiting till 18..00pm before they returned the car to the office. To just find when getting home they had not stamped the service book so I had to make another trip to the garage. Will I use them again NO.
im quite dissapointed to know that youve had an unpleasant experience with us however we always try to do our best but in certain MOT servicing jobs the only delay we face is when the MOT is completed and when its completed which we have to rely on the MOT station. having checked your job i noticed that we recieved the vehicle back from the MOT station by 4pm and we carried out full service within the span of 2 hours and delivered it back accordingly. Indeed due to the easter rush i understand we may have encountered certain issues but i can promise to rectify this and hopefully provide you with better service in future. many thanks.
Did the job well, good service on the work. Also carried out MOT and service but then lost my logbook and failed to return any of my messages when I tried to chase this up - which will have an effect on the value of my car when I come to sell it.

Overall not the best experience or greatest customer care I've seen from a business. I went to the garage for a diagnosis to find the fault with my car. The garage owner seemed nice, friendly and knowledgeable. We talked about the issues relating to the fault with my car but I could not make an immediate decision to get the car fixed on the day. When I was ready to proceed there was no reply from the garage. I tried to contact them by phone and via the site but my request was ignored. Very unprofessional and disappointing customer care. Pros: Initial quick response to my inquiry and friendly garage owner Cons: Garage was not easy to find as it is amongst many other garages in an industrial area and not sign posted Poor customer care – hard to get hold of on the phone and messages via the site were seen (confirmed by message status on the site) but were ignored
in regards to the actual discussion and diagnosis we did not charge the customer and gave him the honest advice that auto gearbox on Audi needed to be checked and dealt with by Audi dealers as it could cost him stress and loss of money fishing around. He also needed 2001 Vauxhall corsa semi auto to be recovered and repaired which we advised that the job may cost well beyond the value of the vehicle but obviously he needed cost effective as possible. We advised honestly and professionally at the best of our ability however we can't win every time. We also tried to call the customer but I realise he has posted the job back on. I would still stress to mr kamal that rather wasting time and money on getting various quotes he needs to address the reality and accept that the job will be extremely costly.
