The quality of service = the required part (intercooler) was replaced and the old damaged intercooler disposed of.  The vehicle is now fixed and running very well.
The customer care = Excellent.  George was flexible and offered to return the vehicle to me.  Also demonstrated very good understanding before work began which is reassuring so you know the job will be done well.
The price = most competitive in my area (cheapest).
The punctuality = We did not set times when I handed vehicle over, but it was ready the next day (no complaints about that).

Honest point - The business is run from a unit in industrial land, so don't expect frills (plush waiting area and coffee/vending machines.  However the money savings reflect that, so for me that's absolutely fine and will use again.

George is a very honest mechanic. The price that he quoted is the lowest but the parts that he used are good quality. He knows very well about the parts and advised to use the one that has same quality with the OEM parts but at lower price. His knowledge about car not only on the engine but throughout the cars. And he provides warranty for his jobs. For sure he can be contacted anytime in case any issue with the car.
