I can not recommend Carwrights highly enough. Mario provided an excellent customer service throughout and went beyond their way to make sure all of my needs are catered for. He gave me advice on things I should look out for and possible future repairs. Most other services would not be as knowledgable but not Carwrights as he gave me all the information I needed about the job he was carrying out.

very friendly, my evo had a lot of rust on the original exhaust but he still managed to get the job done. Made sure the exhaust lined up perfectly and didn't cut any corners. So I needed a mobile mechanic to do some works on my 1 series. I searched on whocanfixmycar.com and came across Carwrights. 
Mario’s communication was great. He had quickly identified the issue and was able to let me know how much the costs would be to replace my alternator and fan belt. Mario only charged for his labour as I was able to buy the parts myself with the advice of Mario. 
He was very attentive when he was carrying out his work and didn’t hesitate to answer any questions I had. He also gave me extra advice on any other issues he identified and what I can do to  fix these also. He ensured the car was running fine after works by test driving it. He even drove me to the closest cash machine when I needed it and but I felt extremely comfortable.

I had mistakenly topped up my brake fluid with water and urgently needed to replace my brake fluid as I was leaving for a 3 day touring holiday.  Mario and Tom gave an excellent level of service. They quickly came remove the water and replaced the brake fluid clearly explaining what they were going to do and why.  They also alerted me to the fact that one of the front tyres I had replaced recently was put on the wrong way round. I quickly got this corrected and they checked it out for me.  So I could still leave for my 3 day holiday the same afternoon.

A big thanks to Carwrights for helping with my car purchase. On the day they checked both exterior and interior of the car. Monitored if the engine had any faults using the diagnostic machine and ensured there were no major issues. Condition of other components such as water pump and timing belt was also checked. They done a additional test drive upon my request, they even identified minor problems and advised accordingly to reflect the overall price.

Two days later i booked and carried out a full car service with Carwrights. Oil, oil filter, air filter, cabin filter and spark plugs were changed. They fixed my rear wiper and i was fully informed of any future advisories.

I am very happy with the service Mario did. He is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I needed change of motor and gearbox oil, filters and water pump belt, so he did it in about 2 hours(which is fast as amount of work) he checked the car thoroughly and explained clearly what is important, and also gave me good advice of many other things so i will definitely recommend him and will look for him for the next service. Mario and his colleague did a great job today. They knew exactly what my Honda Jazz needed and came to my house to replace all the work out brake discs + pad and front struts and other work discoverd during the course of the repair (for no extra charge!). They showed me before and after photos of the work done and and gave great advice on the car. Will definitely recommend him to anyone.

An MOT is a test of your vehicle's safety, which every car is legally required to have every 12 months, once it reaches three years old.

A full service is recommended every **12 months** or every **12,000 miles**. It’s also appropriate if you think your car needs a more thorough check or it’s not performing as it should.
