I was really happy to find this service as currently have an injury and am unable to walk but needed my car looked at. I put the add up and had 2 responses- I choose the closest garage just in case the car needed to go into the garage. I used the accept quote option and am still waiting to be contacted by the garage days later! Very disappointed.
Hi sorry we have been very very busy with the run up to Christmas. And have been snowed under. We normally make contact. With customers if they haven’t made contact with us. After 7 days. As you do get a confirmation email to say we have won the job. And then you can at anytime use the email system on who can fix my car. To make an appointment.
Chris collected the car. Charged a small fee. And qouted for diagnosis. I was concerned at first as the costs began to rise. But Chris collected and fixed my car promptly. He explained the job and showed me the part that has broken. He replaced a fuel injection fixing and drilled out the broken parts. Car runs and it appears theres no lastly damage. And Chris was the only garage willing to qoute. I would use him again.
Thanks. We had to strip out for diagnostic and was unable to price u till we stripped out to see what damage. Was done originally the job on here was stated as a different job

As I said before. We was around 10 minutes late in on this day doesn’t make us a bad garage. Just I was ILL and my staff was stuck in traffic. So couldn’t be helped I’m afraid. Doesn’t seem very fair with your inpatients considering your car was booked in as a emergency. The night before at 11 pm. And we was trying to help as normally we book 7 days ahead.
I suppose to meet there at 08:30, they didn't open or call me as didn't do nothing i had to go, i just simply waisted my time.
sory we was 10 min late as wasnt very well this morning as came down with the flu and also one of my staff stuck in traffic so he was late opening up we would be happy to do your car and we was doing your diagnostic as a emergency for you as normally we booking a week ahead but we was trying to help you
Motor World Cambridge investigated my car problem and found that there was nothing wrong with my car ECU, but my car had three electrical wires and engine coil head cap damaged. They have now repaired these electrical wires and replaced the engine coil head cap with a new one. They have also fitted in a new car battery which I have supplied. Chris gave his personal attention to my car problems and repaired my car efficiently. I highly recommend this garage.
