Very good service, very good price, no bother, have since recommended to friends
I would definitely recommend [email protected] motors very good service from start to finish I will definitely be using him again !
Received three quotes for a clutch replacement . I chose Duffy's because of the reviews, he wasn't the cheapest, but thought the others seemed a bit too cheap . I was quoted £420, but when Jack removed the clutch he discovered the flywheel was on its limits, so I told him to replace it . He collected the car when he said and returned it on time . I am very pleased with his work and will certainly recommend him to anybody.
Would definatley recommend Jack @ Duffy Motors, nice and simple process from start to finish, response time to messages were second none! Will be using Jack for any problems going forward!
Ok
well where do I start with my praise for everyone at VRS REPAIR SERVICES who go that extra mile to put their customers first, after being totally ripped off quote wise by the big high street exhaust companies one of which refused my car because the manifold bolts were seized,VRS came to my help within minutes of posting on the site, cost was quarter than the high street exhaust places and an extremely fast turnaround. before paying any expensive high street fitting centre costs give VRS a call you will not be dissappointed, am so pleased to find these guys. VRS = VALUE RELIABLE SERVICE. Thank you VRS your a credit to the auto trade

Hopefully our FAQ section has answered some of the questions you may have about the steering and suspension systems. However, if you would like more information, we have the produced the following guide and video to help you understand the subject in greater detail.
The steering and suspension in your car make it possible to control your vehicle and make the ride comfortable.
These two systems are connected and work in tandem which is why they are grouped as one job type by mechanics.
Today there are two basic types of steering systems; Standard Mechanical / Rack and Pinion steering.
The major difference between the two is that the Rack and Piston system has less parts and pivot points, which results in more accurate control and higher responsiveness.
However, this system has a higher chance of leakage which means the steering rack assembly typically requires replacement more often than Standard Mechanical steering.
Suspension is essentially the shock absorbing part of a car which allows your car to keep its wheels in firm contact with the road while maintaining traction, it also helps provide passengers with a comfortable ride.
The suspension in your car is mainly comprised of springs and shock absorbers which come in all shapes and sizes depending on the vehicle.
Suspension removes a huge amount of vibration and bumps from a car as well as internal noise, so it will be noticeable if something is broken!
Even if your car drives smoothly and comfortably it is always a good idea to have the steering and suspension checked at least once a year.
There are many forces being applied to your steering and suspension as you drive along which means the two systems can be subject to stress from every angle. This means there are many areas which could be affected by driving.
Rear shocks reapir will usually include replacing the coil springs if there is an issue with the absorbers. Once the shock absorbers or rear shocks lose their effectiveness in absorbing vibrations from the road there is not a lot a mechanics can do to repair the part.
Typically, a technican will replace the front and rear shocks if there is a problem as this is the best way to resolve an issue.
The cost of replacing rear shocks and the cost of replacing front shocks may change from one garage to the next as they may buy different brands and they may have their own deals with parts suppliers, however, the cost of new shocks should not be huge.
It is absolutely vital that you pay attention to your car and make sure to keep this information in mind.
If you ignore the signs that your car is showing, you are taking a safety risk.
