Arranged for CB Autos to attend my property to do a diagnostics check. Took time off work and waited in all morning and never showed up. No phone calls or communication, terrible customer service!! Don't waste your time with this site!!!
No problems initially - great communication to arrange a diagnostic, turned up on time and spent an hour checking electrics and locks. However, he then didn't call the following day to provide a quotation to do the work as arranged, and no response to my text. If you don't want to do the job, just say so - it prevents a delay in getting the job done and wasted money for a diagnostic that I'll have to pay again to someone who will actually finish the work! Maybe useful if you just want the diagnostic to then do the job yourself but for the vast majority of us, don't bother.

Delighted with the service
After paying him £235. nothing has been fixed. The exact same problem still exists!! I must called/texted 10-15 times and he's never answered his phone to me!! I feel like the bloke how stolen the money from claiming to have fixed the window, when he simply hasn't. Please save your money and DO NOT go anywhere near this cowboy.
My engine sometimes started, sometimes didn't. A & A came the same morning and carried-out diagnostics. The problem wasn't immediately apparent but he persisted and found that the wire from my battery to my starter motor was in the process of breaking. He soldered a new section of wire into place on my drive (not easy without my van ramped-up) and the problem has not recurred,
Whilst the service was done promptly, they did not stanp my service book and they didnt complete a further peice of work requested (and was more than willing to pay for). Not received a single call back since ..although have left 3 or 4 messages. Really dissapointed as initial work was good, just terrible after service care.
