Unsatisfied, they left a can of Pepsi in the engine. Also I was called to take the car back the next morning as they forgot to tighten couple of screws in the suspension. Unacceptable. Clearly a rushed job.

Went for full servicing and ended up hearing noise from the dashboard. I sent my car back and was told I had several other faults to repair which was going to cost me over £200. I then decided to send my car to another garage (Halford autocentre) for a free repair check and they realised that there was nothing wrong with my car apart from a plastic cover which was not tightened properly - they just tightened it without any charge and the problem was fixed. Quite disappointed in the services I received from total fix.

Good service, and a good job

Renewal of clutch and flywheel. Excellent service from this garage. Worked around my working hours, picked car up on time and was very polite and informative. Car brought back same day. I chose this garage based on the reviews and I'm not disappointed! After having difficulty in the past with garages this was really easy to organise and was a good price too compared to other quotes I received. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Excellent customer service and value for money. Completed a full service and timing belt change quickly and professionally. Picked my car up from work in the morning and dropped it back off in the afternoon. I would recommend them to anyone.

Very pleased with the overall experience, excellent customer service and very well priced for a quality garage.

The price was very good for a dealership. I thought to myself when they get my car in thet will tell me it needs loads of work doing it, this is exactly what happened. I ended up having a new battery and having some pipe replaced that had split in the engine. I was quoted £103.00 for the original job and i ended up paying £228.00.

Cambelt and water pump replaced by pj motors. No problem with the work that was done but garage didn't advise work didn't need doing as already had been done recently. Garage never provided an invoice and demanded cash. However the support and help from who can fix my car has been outstanding. I will use who can fix my car but not pj motors.

It was good, they managed to fix the problem!

I will not recommend this garage to anyone. Not even for my enemies.
