well where do I start with my praise for everyone at VRS REPAIR SERVICES who go that extra mile to put their customers first, after being totally ripped off quote wise by the big high street exhaust companies one of which refused my car because the manifold bolts were seized,VRS came to my help within minutes of posting on the site, cost was quarter than the high street exhaust places and an extremely fast turnaround. before paying any expensive high street fitting centre costs give VRS a call you will not be dissappointed, am so pleased to find these guys. VRS = VALUE RELIABLE SERVICE. Thank you VRS your a credit to the auto trade
Oil change fine. Follow-up jobs to hand brake and calipers were a joke. Returned twice to get hand brake sorted and ended up having to go somewhere else. And calipers were put on rear wheels shoddily. Had to return as wheels were hot. Pins were discovered as being disintegrated on all four calipers by another garage - how they didn't notice that I have no idea. The oil change was fine though.

As a single woman did not feel unsure of honest quote which happens frequently and in fact felt very secure throughout the repair. Will certainly use again and would definitely recommend them. I found this garage to be really professional, great customer service, really friendly approach from girls on reception too. This was the first time I had used this garage and would definitely use them again. Great job!!!
The work couldnot be done because though the mirrors are not heated, the manufacturer fitted a heated glass on the car.

The mechanic who carried out a free inspection on my car was very clear and honest about the job that needed to be done since the beginning. They gave me an initial quote, which was the final price and the car was ready within a couple of hours, while they kept me informed about every step of the job till the end! When I went to collect it the same mechanic I had spoken before has explained everything they did and again, everything was very clear- also for a person who does not know anything about cars! Fantastic service. I had a phonecall immediately after asking for a quote. I was told they could do it the next day and come and collect my car and drop it off afterwards. True to their word a man came prompt early the next morning and came back at the time stated with my clutch all done. Would definitely use this garage again.
Excellent service. Contacted them in the morning. Came and collected the car early afternoon. Returned the following lunch time running better than it has in all it's 15 year life. Well done lads, much impressed. Definitely use you again if only for annual service.

Really happy with the service, Robin came to my house and did the work to the car while I was at home, so no need to worry about going to the garage and paying taxi's home etc. Really pleased and will use again.

They quoted a price and apart from a faulty head light which had to be added,;that's the price I paid. Collected and dropped off my car - great price, great job, great garage.
They actually charged me less then the quote as the brake fluid did not need changed. The guys at the garage were great, definitely will use them again
