The service was just as advertised. A price including car pickup cost was agreed over the phone. Mike picked the car up from the house on the Thursday night, leaving his car, as agreed. He performed the MOT on Friday morning and called me to discuss the advisory points. He dropped the car off on Friday afternoon. The one improvement I would recommend is that the communication could be better between the job being accepted and the appointment date to give the customer peace of mind that they haven't been forgotten. That said, this appointment went well and I would definitely recommend and use his services again in future.

Clear and prompt responses from the garage when I was working through quotes. Had all brake discs and pads replaced plus a full service. Booking made swiftly, and work carried out quickly and without fuss, worry or hidden extras. And they offer a collection and return service if you live within a certain range. I don't usually use sites like these to get my car repaired, but i was desperate, so i ended up using this site. Out of all of quotes i got, these guy's came out by FAR the cheapest, at least £100 cheaper than everybody. I thought at first there was a catch, like one of the previous garage's i called on here, they quoted £220 for just the labour and not the parts. But NO these guy's quoted me on exactly how much it would cost ! Quick service, no messing around. They even fitted in some missing clips on my front bumper which was nice of them. And also to top that i asked them how much it would cost to replace my back light bulb and they did that for free too ! Great, quick, reliable service. Will definitely be seeing these guy's again if something (Touch wood nothing) goes wrong ! Daniel.

They did the work straight away, £40 pounds for a diagnostics, £20 pounds for a replacement battery and £60 pounds for heater. They are truly amazing people, very friendly and caring! I do highly recommend this garage! They will never disappoint you! I would give them 101% outstanding service!!
