Graham contacted me the same day as the job was posted. Due to his busy schedule he was only able to see me the Wednesday after. Once on site he did a thorough check for 40 pound diagnostic which is cheaper than any garage. Faults quickly diagnosed with main fault repaired same day and one repaired the following week. Graham was friendly, approachable and offered good, free advice.

I asked then to do the car on Thursday 03/07 but they called me back and said they could do it on the Wednesday 02/07 and deliver it back to me on the same day. I explained that I wouldn't have the money until the Thursday so they delivered it back to me then instead. They have done a very good job and were very courteous. I'd definitely recommend them .

I used Automate in Droylesden, Manchester. My experience was a very easy 10/10. I have already publicly recommended them to everyone I know on Facebook. They were excellent from start to finish, from booking my car in over the phone to picking my car up when it was finished. They not only did the job that was requested but went beyond the call of duty to fix a couple of other minor issues I had and wouldn't accept another penny!! I often leave garages feeling a bit ripped off but this definitely was not the case with Automate. Even though they are about 12 miles away, I shall be using them from now on. I couldn't recommend these guys enough! In total I only paid £55 for a replacement track rod end but they also did my tracking, resolved an earth problem in my electrics and replaced two indicator light bulbs! Very pleased

What a bonus to find a garage which is not a 'rip off'. Very friendly, helpful and reasonable. Quote a 1/3 price of my dealer wanted £900 and cheapest quote offered. My problem of getting there and back were resolved with a 'little courtesy car -to quote Tony, the owner- which turned out to be a little Audi! Hadn't realised the clutch was so bad until I drove my car after having had the clutch replaced. Everything more than satisfactory. Thank you, guys. You will see me again - just wish you were nearer.
