Daihatsu Steering Rack in Roehampton

We had a problem with my car, Eagle Autos Ltd completed the checks as we had discussed. They contacted me before they did any work to make sure I knew what needed doing. Everything was explained and broken down so I understood what each thing was. I ended up having a few bits done such as front suspension, front brakes, full service, MOT and even got a free car wash. I felt like I was dealt with professionally, their customer service is excellent. Thank you Ricardo for keeping me in the loop with everything and thank you to the technician for fixing my car. My husband used this garage for his van a few months back and he was very happy at how quickly and efficiently they dealt with his van. Excellent service from Eagle Autos. My appointment was arranged quickly and the problem was investigated and dealt with within a couple of hours of dropping off the car. I was only charged what was originally quoted and the service was efficient and friendly. Higly recommended.

Steering pipes replacement, oil top up and suspension mount. At first wanted to get pipe sorted, I got a call from Roberto to fix suspension mount and top up oil added to the original issue. Car came back with a new noise. Didn't pay attention at first as I was away. Not sure what was fixed really, apparently suspension mount was also supposed to be be fixed but as soon as car came back, car started to make noise on bumps. Before that this noise was never there. My Friend came with me to test the steering wheel. The Car wheel became worse than before. And we did mention this at the garage and were told this was normal. However when he car was brought, Roberto did mention that the steering wheel has an issue as it's quite hard. Anyway.. Not a good experience. I was going away on holiday, before that I brought the car to BMW to do a service where they've top up the oil as well before bringing it to eagle autors, I verified my service paper after and realised that i have been scammed in paying for the oil as well. Please be careful.

I was very pleased with this garage and would certainly recommend and use them again. I found them to be honest and competitively priced. They were also polite, friendly and not in the least pushy. Two small problems occurred and not only were these resolved extremely promptly but l also received some money off my bill. I left them thinking l would trust them completely.

We arrived at 08.30 with our Ford c-max for a new clutch we were told it would be ready for 5pm very reasonable price as per quote and a good job done car ready on time will use this garage again thanks guys

Had car to go through Mot as had failed previously, needed two rear tyres changed and rear cluster brake lights shorting and brake pads. Car passed Mot handed over £280. Did this in January, my previous tyre had a small puncture which I had to re inflate every 2 weeks. I went on holiday for 3 weeks in April and noticed the tyre flat. So I pumped it up again and ever since I've had to do it every week now, took it back and the guy who took my money did not seem interested. I have checked the light cluster and that is still not working so obviously my car is legal. Please don't use these guys.

I had the clutch replaced at this garage and this was completed successfully as the car seems fine so far. However, I have also asked for A/C recharge and they were not able to complete the job, they have advised that the EIC condenser has a leak and needs replacement. I have been charged £20 for this job even though my AC still does not work. Was agreed with Sam that he will call me the next day to provide a quote for the condenser replacement, he did not bother to call me back at all. Also they have not re-filled the engine coolant after completing the works, had to buy new coolant on my way home. Not very professional garage overall, had to call several times to get updates for collection time and did not even get response.

Got car MOT'd and serviced by Sloane Services. It was more expensive than the online quote, but that was because it needed two new shocks and two tyres, and fitting the shocks was a lot more labour. So it was good value, and it was done to time and they were a pleasure to deal with.

Polite and friendly. They were readily available and serviced my car in just a couple of hours. They did replace the wiper blades without first asking to an additional cost of £50 which was annoying but i suppose they needed a change. All in all, a useful service. Thanks.

Paul was really helpful and had the fan and re-wiring done within a couple of hours and I picked my car up the same day. They also cleaned it for me which was an added bonus and greatly appreciated! Im sticking with this garage from now on!

Like most car owners, I have my preferred garage but tried Paul and his team when my usual place couldn't urgently schedule a repair to pass an MOT. Paul took the car in the next day, talked me through the whole process, gave me options and completed an excellent job exactly when he said he would. Would highly recommend.

I have used Paul and Central Car Care a number of times now. They offer a fantastic service and nothing is too much of an issue for the customer. The only surprise is the cost, given they are in Kensington..... always value for money! Thanks again.
