Did the work well.

Car was in for clutch replacement which was done by staff who are no longer working at garage. The standard of work was deemed unsafe by another garage. (Loose bolts, cross threaded bolts, bolts missing on gearbox bell housing, cv joint damaged, engine mounts not fitted back correctly were all found by other garage) To their credit the new management of garage did do the work without charge but in the days following I found bolts left on top of the gearbox bell housing. Understand it's a stressful time when a business changes ownership, just can't help feel let down by garage.

The car failed MOT and was repaired quickly. Also delivered to my home address. Good service.

Very arrogant. Gave me a price of £25 which I screenshot for proof. Wanted to tow my car to garage which I didn't want and said I will chance just having a battery fitted. Told me a price of £120 which was not the quote given. Told me the mechanic was on the way but never turned up. My car had cut out in salford, I live in liverpool. Travelled down by train to meet mechanic....no show after a hours wait in the rain!! 6 hours wasted time. Would never recommend Unprofessional and rude

Nice no nonsense back street garage. Said half an hour to fix and half an hour it took. As I got good vibes I also decided to change a couple of tyres while I was there. The whole job was done in an hour. You can pay a main dealer for the comfy seats and nice lighting or if you just want a job done then M60 is 5 Star. Will definitely use again. Thanks Zak

I have finally found a garage that can be trusted. Highly recommend this company. A team of highly skilled mechanics and customer service was exellent. Very quick very professional . I'll be back for sure.

As it was my first carservice. I can not compare it. But the behaviour of the staff wasgreat and kind. No problem with anything. Ask for install of parking sensors. Unfortunately servician who doing this have been on hollidays. I get change of timing belt kit and water pump. Offered me pick up at work. But I preffer to see the place of work. Work was done really fast and car was delivered on time without any fees. For reason that work has been done today, then I will see after few days and some longer trip if it is everything in the best conditions. But seems to me fine and no problems at all. Very happy with services, I think that I found service garage for my car.

surprised looked at reviews and to be honest a fair reflection always apprehensive but however a really thorough job done and solved a gearstick problem i had at same time so overall pleased and saved money

I had a really good service from this garage and would highly recommend them to everyone. Thier communication with me was very good, my car had been picked up by Liam,who was very friendly, the next morning after i rang the garage and bought back before mid-day.

Excellent Garage. Tay was brilliant. I asked them to urgently look at the car on Tuesday and I went to the garage with my work laptop on Tuesday and worked from the reception all day. I dropped the car off at 10am on Tuesday and they started looking at it at 12 and worked on the car until 6pm. They kept me well up to date at all times and showed me all the parts and fixes they replaced. The entire team was brilliant. After driving out of the garage the fault management light was still on and Tay came to where I live, took the car with him and got the electrician to take a look at it on Thursday and they found the issue and bought it back Thursday. The car is working perfectly and I know if I have any issues I can take it back to them. EXCELLENT

Car was fixed within 30 minutes and was reasonably priced.

Mechanic was punctual and very freindly and helpful , was happy to explain everything to me, this is the 2nd time ive used this company and cant recommend enough 10/10

Whilst the service was done promptly, they did not stanp my service book and they didnt complete a further peice of work requested (and was more than willing to pay for). Not received a single call back since ..although have left 3 or 4 messages. Really dissapointed as initial work was good, just terrible after service care.

My car was booked in fast and they picked it up and dropped back to me and the job was done happy upto that point .As for payment I did this over the phone I left the £120 in my account they rang back to say payment was VOID I checked my bank and advised them the money had gone they said they would call me back . 5 mins later they rang and said payment had not gone through and they could not release my car so I would have to pay again I did not have any more money so I told them I only had £120 in my bank and it had gone we’re they told me if I only had £120 in my account that’s why it didn’t go through most stupid thing I’ve ever heared so I said I would lend the money I need my car .So I rang the bank and was told they had took the money and don’t pay them again so I got garage on the phone and the bank told them and they returned my car I would not use them again I don’t think they were trying to scam me but don’t like the way they tell me they won’t return my car when it was no fault of mine
