I can't rate Platinum Autocare highly enough. James was very professional and meticulous from the first point of contact until he had delivered my car back vacuumed and washed. In addition to the service I got 4 tyres fitted and a aircon regas. I must stress these were my decisions and not mentioned by James outside of the service I was quoted for. Since this, James has fixed a wing mirror and put my wife's car through it's MOT and I plan to return to Platinum Autocare in September when my own car is due it's MOT. James provides a great service and he is a nice chap to deal with. Thanks James

Never received a call back

Was very disappointed with the service I got.Took my Renault Master van for a diagnostic check, the vehicle would only start with 'easy start'. The air filter and inlet pipe was removed and never replaced, the hand brake was pulled on so hard it locked the rear brakes on, didn't even bother to replace the cap on the 'easy start' was just left on passenger seat. THEN was told "due to an electrical fault they where unable to do the test"? I know there is a fault that's what I wanted the test done for!

Mark and his team at EACR Ltd Norwich were brilliant. Spoke to him on the phone to explain the job. Booked it in dropped it off at the garage the night before as we were unable to on the day of the booking. He did say if the job before was still on the ramps our car wouldn't be ready till that afternoon. As it turned out it was ready by lunch. My wife was unable to pick it up so he said that only being up the road he would drop it back to us at home. When he did he mentioned a couple of minor things that I knew about. 100 per cent would recommend them and we've found a great garage.
