Okee provided a quote for the work I needed doing on my car which was competitive against other quotes. The reason I chose Okee was simple, Ben contacted me, he told me about his business and totally reassured me that my car would be in good hands. I wanted the work to be done, but had issues getting to work. Again Ben made it easy he offered me the option of a courtesy vehicle which I accepted; the work was also carried out at the earliest opportunity which gave me great piece of mind. Mark carried out the work and called me to dicsuss a couple of points during the day and to keep me up to date with progress. For convenience to both Okee and me my car was delivered to my place of work which really helped me. Mark discussed the work carried out and made me aware of a couple of other issues (this car is new to me) that I needed to be aware of, which I was grateful for.
I was very impressed with Okee, communication is genuinely first class, I have full confidence in Mark and the work he did, the team really do go the extra mile to remove any stress. I was very happy with the work carried out, I would be happy to return to Okee and would be happy to recommend them to anyone who needs work doing on their vehicle. Five Star!
