Steve got back to me with a quote extremely quickly and happily answered any queries I had regarding the price. for example the original quote was £160 which I thought was extremely cheap, I asked a question whether everything was included in the price but the discs were not. this meant the price increased slightly but it was still by the cheapest price by far at £225. I was most impressed when I was offered a brand new courtesy car while mine was having work done, which is a real bonus! all in all the job ended up costing £358 upon the discovery that a calliper needed replacing also, I was more than happy to pay the extra on top of the quote as I was told in good time that it was needed. I found the guys very helpful and easy to deal with and the discovery of an Easter egg and mug after picking my car up made it that bit sweeter..... nice touch!

Bang on!! Price quoted was the price I paid. They inspected my front discs and pads and said they were fine, no need to replace. Hire car was spot on and a nice little touch giving it to me free of charge for being a first time customer although the £10 charge it would have been, is a good price. Would thoroughly recommend.

Excellent customer service with Steve Martin (owner/manager). I've owned Audi A3's for many years now and used a flexible long-life service with Main Dealer, but find them very expensive these days. Britannia Auto Centre provided same service and uses Original Equipment parts/dealership recommended lubricants etc. and I was highly impressed with their efficiency and with a courtesy car provided too.
