I was quoted for £28 for an MOT and secure the tracking gaiter with a cable tie and I`ve ended up paying £66 . This website said the garage bid for this job £28 but the garage says it`s nothing showing up at their end in that sense . Be aware friends !

Had to put back the work to be done by a week, Mike was understanding a re-booked without fuss.The only one that listed price of goods, Labour and vat so no hidden costs...Collected my car one day bought it back day later done and dusted.. Would certainly use again and recomend to anyone to use his services......

Terrible experience. Was quoted a price for a full service & MOT. I received confirmation via email and also spoke to someone from the garage who also confirmed verbally it was a full service. Upon arriving at the garage I was left gobsmacked to be told that the price quoted was meant to be for a basic service and that 'the wording needs changing'. No apology offered, no willingness to honour what had been quoted and told. I raised a complaint with Honda uk, which is still ongoing. Honda uk referred it back to the garage. I received a call from the same person who i dropped my vehicle off to. This actually made the situation worse. The person was rude, didn't take any ownership and still didn't apologise. I made it clear to this person that I wasn't happy with his response and I want it escalated to someone senior. I also made Honda uk aware. Still waiting for a response. I think it's prety clear that I won't be rushing back there in a hurry.
