To begin with, I got a prompt response from my internet enquiry, and when I called Emre, he came promptly, within the hour, he was working on my car. My car would not start at all and had an immobiliser problem and couldn't get it to start for the past 3 days. Emre understood the problem, was upfront and very honest about it, and knew exactly what to do. He charged me £90, exactly as his original quote, with no extra or hidden costs, and it was such a relief to see my car starting and running again.
