Very good, there no problems at all. They did exactly what they said they would do and charged what they said they would.

As well as having my timing belt changed, I also had the water pump and brake fluid changed and an interim service. The price for the timing belt was as quoted on here and the rest of the work was all done for an excellent price. I was kept fully up to date with all works needed and being carried out throughout the day. Although the work took slightly longer than expected due to a specialist part needing to be ordered, one of the mechanics stayed late and finished the work to ensure the car was ready for the following morning. I could not recommend these guys enough, super friendly service and great value for money.

Usual helpful prompt team did my MOT and rang me to say it had passed and was ready to collect.

Good initial contact and a detailed quote . The workshop is bright , clean and tidy which gives a good impression. This was not a simple job ,but was carried out very efficiently at a price considerably lower than a main dealer. Through no fault of Clarks autos there was a delay in finishing the work and they even gave me a discount as a gesture At last a modern customer friendly garage that I would strongly recommend.

Car was serviced as per my request, nothing out of the ordinary. They could have gained some brownie points by greasing the door hinges, etc, cleaning the car, however the price was the main thing. I am satisfied.

All work carried out as qoute, needed extra work done all at reasonable cost. Kept informed of progress of work on car, collected and delivered back was a bonus.
