Received a call first thing in the morning from the driver to confirm time and location, The young chap arrived to collect the car very friendly and polite, Advised of a small issue i was also having with my handbrake, Received a call midday to inform me all was going well and if i wanted to pay now or later. Called later that day to check when the car would be coming back and informed of the time the driver would be setting off. Car arrived back safe and sound, Would highly recommend this Garage in the future to anyone wanting a affordable and reliable service.
Excellent service and price, mechanic picked up car at 0900 dropped it back at 1600 all done. Also had new slave cylinder as it was only £55 extra still 40% cheaper than next nearest quote, lady on phone was very helpful too.

The customer service is second to none! They were very efficient and kept me updated with pictures, texts and phone calls. I was shown were the leak was coming from and they explained what they do to fix it. It even came with a 12 month guarantee! The invoice also has a copy of the pictures before work began. I would highly recommend this garage and all their staff are a pleasure to speak to.

Where to start with how good this garage is... Firstly, I booked the car in for a service ONLY. After discovering that this garage does a full service and MOT for £124.99 I thought why not? Kill two birds with one stone. Asked the guy at reception and he was more than accommodating for me. That's the first win in my eyes. Secondly, their customer service is absolutely second to none; they treat you with respect and are extremely transparent with the work that they are carrying out. Thirdly, unlike some garages that just do the work and charge you an arm and a leg, KAM contact you to ask if you'd like the advisory work done before commencing - which I said yes to. Finally, they offer a FREE courtesy car for the "inconvenience" of having your car in the garage for a service. I thoroughly recommend this garage, and all their others around the area, and I will be returning for more work again, when needed.
Trusted Kam Servicing to do a Clutch and Flywheel on my BMW 3 series. Adam was really helpful, organised a courtesy car , explained everything before and after fitting the parts. Kept me updated during the day. Great customer service and very professional, I'm glad I went with them
Great service got my car fixed and brought back mended. I'm really happy with service so many thanks for your speedy service at getting back my car. Sadly it was much more poorly than I expected so had to get both springs and barrings fixed in the end. But thanks guys x
Initial quote was unfortunately incorrect as they failed to realise that the gearbox had to come out. However they did realise this and called to apologise. The new Quote was still about £30 cheaper than Archie Moss. Price increased as they called to inform me it needed a gearbox oil change as it was apparently black and had not been changed in sometime, they also recommended a new clutch plate as the brake fluid had been on it so were concerned it may corrode and cause problems later down the line. They rang me prior to doing any additional work which was nice as I felt in control. At no point did I feel that they were ripping me off saying it needed more work than it actually needed (unlike some cowboy garages). Seemed very honest, would use again, have to weigh up the distance in my case but thanks Sunny and the guys.
Really good experience, checked out the car for any potential issues instead of blindly fixing the issue noted by the other garage. Friendly service and car was turned around quickly.
I have today got my car back from kam servicing. and I have say as a first time customer of them I was very impressed by them. from start to finish they had excellent customer service, and even though its often hard to trust new garages. theirs is one I now do, and I will quite happily use them even if it means driving 8 miles to get to them.

Small mistake with MOT charge £29.99 instead £25, prompt offered the refund but not bothered! I WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND AND GO BACK ! I just want to mention that I have payed £149.99 for a job quoted by Kwiq Fix at £295! Very happy!
The appointment got made by the Long Eaton garage but the full service and mot was performed at the Heanor garage. Absolutely appalling experience and If possible I will never use KAM Servicing again. It started with the quote. As many others I used this website to obtain the cheapest quote. KAM quoted me 129.99 incl VAT. When the time came to pay, my invoice stated I had been charged £26 VAT over this. I challenged the garage about this and showed them the original quote as displayed on the website and they remained adamant that I was wrong and the website must have made a mistake somewhere. No refund, even though I had forked out £600 which you might think would have persuaded them to refund me £26 to keep a customer satisfied. After I got home and had a chance to go over my invoice properly I noticed I'd been charged for two services that I have not been made aware of nor had I requested these. Firstly an ''ENGINE FLUSH & DRAIN OIL'' at £11.99 including VAT and an ''ADVANCED FORMULA DIESEL TREATMENT'' at £11.99. When I challenged the garage about this, their reply was that they were part of something called the ''good garage scheme'' and they have to perform these service to be part of that scheme. How does that make sense? Surely a garage has to make its customers aware of ALL the work that is being performed as the customers will be paying for ALL of it? Nowhere on the website or in their quote did it say anything about the good garage scheme and the services that come with that. I have spoken to the garage twice about the work that needed doing on my car and during both those conversations the good garage scheme and its services never got mentioned. I must have been an easy target and I have been conned out of £50. It is what it is with the remaining £550, I paid for work that needed doing although I question being charged £54 per hour including vat for labour, a total of £216. My advice, stay away!

Overall I was happy with their diagnostic, they found the cause in my car, although knowing that I have the car battery drain they shouldn't leave it overnight connected, damaging the brand new battery.
