We arrived at 08.30 with our Ford c-max for a new clutch we were told it would be ready for 5pm very reasonable price as per quote and a good job done car ready on time will use this garage again thanks guys

Had car to go through Mot as had failed previously, needed two rear tyres changed and rear cluster brake lights shorting and brake pads. Car passed Mot handed over £280. Did this in January, my previous tyre had a small puncture which I had to re inflate every 2 weeks. I went on holiday for 3 weeks in April and noticed the tyre flat. So I pumped it up again and ever since I've had to do it every week now, took it back and the guy who took my money did not seem interested. I have checked the light cluster and that is still not working so obviously my car is legal. Please don't use these guys.

I had the clutch replaced at this garage and this was completed successfully as the car seems fine so far. However, I have also asked for A/C recharge and they were not able to complete the job, they have advised that the EIC condenser has a leak and needs replacement. I have been charged £20 for this job even though my AC still does not work. Was agreed with Sam that he will call me the next day to provide a quote for the condenser replacement, he did not bother to call me back at all. Also they have not re-filled the engine coolant after completing the works, had to buy new coolant on my way home. Not very professional garage overall, had to call several times to get updates for collection time and did not even get response.

Absolutely great experience with Brooklands Motor Body Shop. My cars rear bumper needed repairing/resprayig after an accident and they provided an excellent price and carried out the work quickly and to the highest standard. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone or use them again (though hopefully I don't have to!) Thanks for a great service!

My experience with Brooklands was great. They arranged collection of the car within in a couple of days. The car was picked up from my home early morning and work was complete the same day. The quality of the work was great - the repair to my bumper was completely invisible and they stuck to the pre-agreed price. A very hassle free experience!

Great Garage

The diagnostic found that the flywheel had to be replaced together with the clutch kit. The job was done very quickly, price was competitive and the car runs perfectly now. I will definitely use their services again.

Did everything asked at the price agreed. Very friendly and much cheaper than the £85 quoted by F1 Autocentres.

Great service and communication. The main mechanic that i spoke with initially was very helpful and knowledgeable. When I picked up the vehicle, the female member of staff on front desk was polite/helpful and got my car out of the garage for me.

Quoted a cheap service but found extras that pushed it to £287 from £129. Kept up to date with progress but misunderstood as I thought BOTH shock absorbers would be replaced not just one. I was told they gave me two quotes for a single or double replacement but this was not the case. I was definitely told £287 "as both should be replaced for balancing purposes" which is why I thought £287 was an ok price to replace BOTH shock absorbers. Very friendly but feel I was slightly misled.

It was good as they gave me the quote the same day and the price was reasonable. The only thing I would say for them and in fact all businesses is when they pick up the phone they should say the name of who is speaking.
